I’m an attorney or probation officer and my client has been assigned a DVAC or group counseling session by the judge. Why do I need to contact Pretrial Services?

Fee payment is no longer guaranteed.  However, Pretrial Services may be able to assist your client in the payment of fees for the specified services.  Therefore, the request must be made in advance to ensure a smooth process.  Please forward your request to PTS_Programs@shelbycountytn.gov; Attention: Robin Gunn, Pretrial Services Quality Services Supervisor.
