[ARCHIVED] Mayor Luttrell Targets Northaven for Neighborhood Improvements

Residents of Northaven in north Shelby County will conduct a street-by-street clean-up of their neighborhood tomorrow, June 2nd. The initiative is part of an on-going effort to revitalize the neighborhood.
