A Message from the Office of Construction Code Enforcement

Our office has adjusted our operations to help keep our employees and customers safe and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  While our offices are currently closed to the public, we are still here to help keep our customers working by providing a temporary online solution.   With this new system, Accela Citizen's Access (ACA),  customers can apply for permits and submit plans online, all in one place, and in three easy steps.

Step 1: Register for an Account

Go to to register for an account.  Returning customers, please continue to login with your existing credentials.

Step 2: Apply for Permits 

Once you have created your account in ACA you can now apply for building permits.

Step 3: Pay Permit Fees 

Once you have applied for a building permit in ACA, you can make payments with a credit card.
