  • All cash window activity generated from courtroom dockets, walk-ins, as well as fees and fines assessed non-judicially (such as conferences, court costs, and traffic ticket violations)
  • Child support payments by mail or in person
  • Collection and disbursement of court-ordered restitution payments
  • Employer payrolls
  • Writing of all appearance bonds, juvenile or adult, and cash of surety

Child Support Collections
Beginning in October, 1999, most child support collections were redirected to the centralized collections process through the State of Tennessee in Nashville. However, the court clerk's office still processed $3,089,138.15 in child support transactions in 2013.

The clerk's office received $464,626.65 in state-reimbursement for services associated with these collections under the Title IV-D Child Support Program.
