Connect With The CJJC

The CJJC needs to know what you want to tell us!

The CJJC is currently conducting a survey – watch the video on our website and take the survey!

You are always welcome to attend our public meetings, which usually occur at least every other month.  We publish notice of those meetings at the top of our website landing page, and on the main Shelby County website’s calendar.

We also conduct large meetings especially to hear from you a couple of times a year.  Please keep your eyes open for those meetings on our website and on our Facebook page.  The most recent one occurred on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at the National Civil Rights Museum.

We have a suggestion box located on the first floor of the Juvenile Court of Memphis & Shelby County with comment cards.  Please drop your comments there – we regularly check for your cards!

If you have not already “liked” the CJJC Facebook page – now’s the time!  {hyperlink CJJC Facebook page as indicated}

You can also email us at anytime.

From time to time, the CJJC works directly with youth by conducting workshops and focus groups with kids who have had interactions with the youth justice system.  If you are offered that opportunity through your school, or another group you’re involved with, please come!  If you’re part of a group involved in supporting justice-involved youth or their families, and you would like to be involved in our smaller group events, please email us.

The CJJC works to improve the youth justice system, and we cannot do that without hearing from you and hearing about your experiences.  Please reach out.
