SCDC Grants Department

The Grants department supports the Division’s mission of…Effective programming services for the inmate population that enhances public safety….  Our purpose is to provide the inmates incarcerated at SCDC with effective re-entry programming that will support their successful return to the community

The Grants department works closely with our community partners to make sure the inmates at SCDC get the skills and training opportunity necessary to have a smooth transition from Incarceration (Pre-release) to Post-release.

All of our programs are evidence-based and reviewed often for effectiveness and quality assurance.
