Removal Requests

To request a dead animal pick-up from unincorporated areas of Shelby County, please call (901) 222-7705. Please note that Shelby County will only pick up deceased animals from unincorporated areas. To request a pick-up of a deceased animal within the City of Memphis, please call call 311 or (901) 636-6500.

Fee Structure

• Removal of small animals (such as dogs and cats) - $25
• Removal of large animals (such as pigs, horses, cows, or other livestock) - $50
