Immunization Program
The Immunization Program provides continuously updated information regarding recommended and required immunizations for children and adults, including vaccines needed for international travel. Education regarding immunizations for vaccine-preventable infectious diseases is the number-one concentration of this office.

Immunizations for Children

Diphtheria Hemophilus (Meningitis) Hepatitis A Hepatitis B Measles

Mumps Polio Rubella (German Measles) Tetanus (Lockjaw) Whooping Cough

Recommended Adult Immunizations

• Hepatitis A recommended for food handlers, child-care providers, and international travelers
• Hepatitis B vaccine
• Influenza (flu) and pneumonia immunizations given annually
• Measles, mumps, and rubella immunizations are recommended for anyone born after 1956 who have not been previously immunized
• Tetanus-Diphtheria boosters every 10 years
• Varicella (chickenpox) for any adult who has not had chickenpox
