Rewarding Economically-Sound Practices
To support sustainability endeavors in our community, reduce the impact of companies on our infrastructure, and to be environmentally responsible, a special Payment-in-Lieu-of-Tax (PILOT) incentive - the Green Initiative - was created that awards environmentally friendly practices performed by PILOT firms.
