To initiate an expungement inquiry, you must:

1. Determine whether the case is in Criminal Court or General Sessions.  Click here to go to JSSI
2. Fill out the Expungement Inquiry Form COMPLETELY and submit it.
   
   Expect us to respond within 2 working days of our receipt of the form.
