Davis Vision is County's vision carrier. The plan provides for eye exam, frames, spectacle lenses, contact lenses, etc. through a national network of providers, every year (Option I) or every other year (Option II).  This plan is administered by Davis Vision.  Please visit their website: www.davisvision.com or you may contact customer service at 877-923-2847.

Dependents 19 up to age 26 can be covered on your vision plan.  Proof of relationship (i.e., birth certificate) is required for 19 up to age 26 dependents and for all new dependents not covered on the employee’s medical plan.
