The Shelby County Health Department, Pollution Control Section has received application to modify an air contaminant source at the following location and of the following description. The source in this permitting action is considered a “Major Source” as defined in the Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee 1200-3-9.01 (4). The application does not meet the definition of a “Major Modification” in this Chapter. The Department invites interested persons to submit written comment concerning this application. Written comments will be accepted for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this public notice at the following address:
