Members of the Adult-Oriented Establishment Board are appointed by the county mayor and serve four year terms. The board is comprised of five members who must be citizens of Shelby County. The board is lead by Business Tax Manager Waylon Wininger who may be reached at (901) 222-3000.

Function & Authority
The Adult-Oriented Establishment Board was instituted to regulate adult-oriented businesses in accordance with the Adult-Oriented Establishment Registration Act of 1998.
