PROCESS: 		Members appointed by judges with the most total years of service on the Circuit, Criminal, Probate, Chancery Courts and General Sessions Courts.

FUNCTION &
AUTHORITY:		 To maintain and operate the Shelby County Governmental Library, to approve governing policies and to supervise employees.
