SELECTION PROCESS: 1 member of the County Commission elected by the Commission; the County Historian; 1 judge of the County elected by the Judges; and 1 genealogist who is not on public payroll, to be appointed by the Chairman of the County Board of Commissioners.
MEMBERSHIP: 5
FUNCTION & AUTHORITY: To develop rules and regulations pertaining to the making, filing, storage, exhibiting, copy of reproductions and distribution of Public Records.
TERMS OF MEMBERS: For the terms they have been elected to office.
