The Mayor's Citizen Service Center is a city agency under the jurisdiction of Mayor Willie Herenton. This office serves as a clearinghouse for environmental complaints within the city of Memphis. Complaints received by this office are forwarded to the appropriate agency for investigation and those agencies report their results back to the center.
