Most people never think that they will become a crime victim. When it does happen, a traumatic change in their life occurs. . . creating many questions, fears and frustrations. Victims' lives are tragically turned upside down by crime.

There are many agencies to deal with the offenders, but Shelby County Government realized the need for a specific place where crime victims can get the help they need at a time when they need it most.

Victims Do Have Rights!
