Benefit Information  1. Salary   Salary is listed on the job announcement. For those positions having a salary range, appointments are normally made at the minimum step. All salaries are subject to regular review.   2. Retirement   Employees participate in a 6% contributory Retirement Plan which features full retirement eligibility after 25 years. A tax deferred voluntary supplemental retirement plan (457) is also available.   3. Leave   Currently, regular County employees receive: - 12 days of sick leave per year - 4 Bonus days per year earned (only if sick leave is not used) - 11 paid holidays per year - 10 vacation days per year are earned. The rate increases based on length of County service, to a maximum of 25 days annually.   4.
