RECYCLING IN YOUR SHELBY COUNTY WORKPLACE
The Shelby County Environmental Programs Department (SCEP) is committed to establishing paper recycling in all Shelby County facilities.
We need representatives in every Division and Department of Shelby County Government to help SCEP encourage recycling in their area.
SCEP will provide desk-side trays to anyone who wants one. You can put this right beside your desk near your trash bin. Now, instead of throwing away a good piece of recyclable paper you can easily put it into the tray. Whenever it fills up, you just take it to the roll around bin located on your floor.
You may see the roll around carts in your department or in the hallway. All types of office paper regardless of color or size can be recycled.
No cardboard, phonebooks, newspaper, plastic or garbage, PLEASE.
